Ingredients

  • 1 package Savoura grape tomatoes
  • 1 package mozzarina cheese
  • 1 bunch fresh basil
  • ½ bunch fresh flat leaf parsley
  • 1 shallot
  • 1 clove garlic
  • Salt and pepper
  • 125 ml (½ cup) olive oil

Preperation Steps

  1. Combine basil, parsley, garlic, shallot, and oil in a food processor.
  2. Cut mozzarina into four slices and marinate in herb oil for one hour.
  3. Finely slice tomatoes lengthwise.
  4. Place cheese slices on individual plates.
  5. Top with tomato slices.
  6. Drizzle with marinade.
  7. Add salt and pepper and enjoy.
